Life coaching
A conversation where you are the one who matters.
Life coaching with me is unhurried, one-to-one and entirely about you. No assessment, no programme to buy, no advice you did not ask for. Just honest company while you find your own clarity.
What we might work through
Identity & self-trust
Knowing what you want again, and learning to trust your own judgement without needing everyone's agreement.
Confidence & self-worth
Rebuilding a steady sense of your own value through small, repeatable decisions rather than borrowed affirmations.
Boundaries & relationships
Saying what you need clearly and kindly, so honesty becomes a form of care instead of a conflict.
Life transitions
Empty nest, career change, separation, loss, relocation. The in-between years need company more than advice.
Emotional wellbeing
Space to feel what you feel, and gentler ways to carry the things that are heavy.
Personal choices & clarity
Thinking decisions through out loud with someone who is not invested in a particular answer.
How I work
Pause. Understand. Grow.
01
Pause
Slow down and notice what is happening within you.
02
Understand
Explore your emotions, patterns, needs and beliefs.
03
Grow
Take small meaningful steps towards a more connected life.
Being clear
What coaching is, and what it isn’t
I am not a clinician. I do not offer therapy, diagnosis or medical advice, and I will not promise to transform your life in six weeks.
What I offer is lived experience, careful listening and practical thinking. If something needs clinical care, I will say so gently and help you think about next steps.
- Are you a therapist or a counsellor?
- No. I am not a clinician and I don't offer therapy or medical advice. I offer honest conversation and guidance from lived experience. If something needs clinical care, I will say so gently and help you think about next steps.
- What actually happens in a first conversation?
- We talk. There is no assessment, no form to fill, no programme to buy. You tell me what is going on, I listen properly, and by the end we usually both know whether working together makes sense.
- I'm not in crisis. Is this still for me?
- Yes. Most women who reach out are functioning well and quietly unhappy. You do not need a catastrophe to deserve support.
- Will changing my life mean upsetting my family?
- In my experience, no. Choosing yourself is not the same as abandoning anyone. Most of the change happens inside you first, and the people who love you usually feel the relief of it too.
- Am I too old to start over?
- I began again in my forties, and I am still beginning. Learning never asks for age. It only asks whether you are willing.
- Are the services available now?
- I am opening a small number of conversations at a time while this work grows. Write to me and I will tell you honestly what is available and when.

A gentle next step
Maybe this is your time to come back to yourself.
You don't have to change everything today. You only have to take one honest step towards yourself.
